The event is open to everyone, with a particular focus on parents, grandparents, and uncles, and is part of a broader project that involves schools, sports associations, and social organizations. The local administration introduced this voluntary agreement on October 8th, highlighting the importance of a collective approach in managing young people’s access to technology. The pact aims to raise community awareness about the risks associated with early and uncontrolled smartphone use, which can compromise children’s cognitive and relational development.
