The exhibition “Autumn Sun. The Rediscovered Masterpiece” continues to attract visitors in Arco, where Giovanni Segantini’s work, first displayed in 1887, will be on view until January 26. During February, there will be four guided tours: on the 1st at 2 PM and 4 PM, and on the 4th at 3 PM and 5 PM, aimed at groups and school classes, while individual visitors can only participate on the specified dates. The tours last about an hour and cost 7 euros, with discounts available for residents.
From January 27, the exhibition will temporarily close its doors to individual visitors due to a lack of staff. However, reservations for the guided tours can be made through Eventbrite, ensuring a controlled experience of the exhibition that celebrates an important artistic phase of the painter. This masterpiece, which represents one of the most significant moments in Segantini’s exploration of light and color, is now being returned to the community after seventy years of obscurity.
