Padenghe sul Garda has recently launched “Virgilia”, an innovative virtual assistant powered by artificial intelligence, aimed at simplifying the interaction between the municipality and its citizens. Active for just a few days on the official website, Virgilia is a speaking chatbot that offers 24/7 support, allowing users to obtain information about municipal services and discover the beauty of the area. To use the service, simply click on the icon located at the bottom right of the webpage and ask questions naturally, in both Italian and other languages. Virgilia’s engine is powered by OpenAI technology and allows users not only to check the schedules and contacts of municipal offices but also to receive assistance with common administrative procedures. Furthermore, the virtual assistant also serves as an intelligent tour guide, providing personalized suggestions on monuments, events, and activities in the area.
