A fire broke out this morning, Thursday the 27th, around 9:30 AM, on the roof of the Fedrigoni paper mill located in Varone, in Riva del Garda. Several teams of firefighters, including volunteers from the Alto Garda district and Mori, as well as permanent firefighters from Trento, promptly intervened to extinguish the flames that spread rapidly in a storage area. During the incident, a worker from an external company suffered minor smoke inhalation. At the scene of the fire, Mayor Alessio Zanoni and experts from the Appa are present, conducting checks to assess air quality in the area.
