On Saturday, November 8, the **Banda di Salò** will perform a **San Carlo Concert** at the Cathedral of Santa Maria Annunziata, celebrating the city’s patron. Under the direction of Maestro Angelo Bolciaghi, the orchestra will present a rich and varied symphonic program, featuring significant works such as “Pellegrini di Speranza” by Francesco Meneghello and “Festmusik der Stadt Wien” by Richard Strauss. The president of the association, Emiliana Ravera, emphasized the importance of this event in keeping the Salò musical tradition alive, which dates back to 1818. The concert not only represents a moment of spiritual elevation for the local community but also marks the beginning of the winter season for musical events in Salò. In addition to the concert on November 8, other significant appointments are scheduled, including one at the Crystal Theatre on December 26 and a performance for Epiphany at Villa Avanzi on January 3. The Association is also committed to training young musicians through the Youth Band ‘Gasparo Bertolotti’ and the ‘Baby Band,’ ensuring a bright future for music in the region. Italian Version
