Environmental Lessons for the Youth of Toscolano Following the Sunday Cleanup of Lake Garda’s Bottoms. Last Sunday, a significant underwater cleanup initiative took place along the lakeside in Gardone Riviera, organized by Deep Explorer’s Angelo Modina with the support of approximately seventy divers and freedivers from various locations in northern Italy. At the end of the operation, elementary school students and young people from Fobap in Toscolano participated in “environmental lessons” led by Giovanna Campanardi, who was recently honored by the local administration for her ongoing commitment to caring for beaches and green areas. The event also featured the presence of Councillor Alessandro Cipani and Councilor Ubaldo Bresciani from the Municipality of Gardone Riviera, who emphasized the importance of raising environmental awareness among the younger generations.
