In Tremosine, the district of Pieve is gearing up to host an exciting **gastronomic contest** dedicated to the traditional **polenta cüsa**, a typical dish of the local cuisine. In anticipation of the Polenta Festival, scheduled for December 7th, the Pro Loco has issued an open challenge to all cooking enthusiasts: to submit a presentation video showcasing their interpretation of polenta cüsa, made with ingredients such as aged cheeses and mountain butter. Participants will not only share their recipes but also stories and secrets related to this dish, while a jury will visit their homes to taste and evaluate the various competing versions. Registration for the contest is already open and will remain available until Sunday, November 16th. The best polenta will be awarded during the event on December 7th in the main square of Pieve, providing a moment of celebration and sharing for the entire community. This event not only honors the local culinary tradition but also encourages residents to rediscover and appreciate the authentic flavors of the region. Italian Version
