The 1000 Miglia, the historic regularity race for classic cars, is returning to Lake Garda for its 43rd edition, scheduled from June 17 to 21, 2025. This motorsport event, which celebrates over a century of excellence in vintage car racing, will kick off today in Brescia and unfold over five days along an iconic route that retraces the famous pre-war races. With over 400 unique cars competing, the course will stretch for approximately 1,900 kilometers, passing through more than 200 Italian cities.
The first day of the race will see the Red Arrow illuminate the shores of Lake Garda, with a leg that will traverse Valtènesi and locations such as Desenzano, Sirmione, and Peschiera del Garda. After departing from Viale Venezia in Brescia around 12:30 PM, the vehicles will continue towards Verona, passing through picturesque spots like Manerba del Garda and Moniga del Garda. The first stage will culminate in San Lazzaro di Savena, marking a significant moment in the event’s history.
