On May 4th, the 13 Miglia d’Annunzio Run will take place in Gardone Riviera, an eagerly anticipated event that will award the regional titles for short trail running. Now in its seventh edition, the event features courses of 21 km and 10 km between Gardone Riviera and Toscolano Maderno. During a press conference held on April 15th in Brescia, the organizers expressed their satisfaction with the recognition from Fidal, emphasizing the importance of the race in the local sports landscape.
Organizer Vasco Piscioli stated that the organizational machinery is ready and that the course marking operations will begin in the coming days. In addition to the regional titles, the competition will also include a new Family Cross Run of 5 km, designed for families and supporters of the athletes. With breathtaking views of Lake Garda, the event promises to attract both experienced trail runners and road running enthusiasts.
