The Municipal Administration of Manerba del Garda has announced the opening of the first call for applications in 2024 for the allocation of Public Housing Services in the Garda Area 11.
The call will be open from April 22, 2024, at 9:00 am until May 31, 2024, at 12:00 pm. During this period, interested citizens can submit their applications exclusively online through the Regione Lombardia platform.
To participate in the call, it is necessary to meet certain fundamental requirements. These include Italian citizenship or citizenship of a European Union member state, residence or employment in the Lombardy region at the time of application, an ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) not exceeding €16,000.00, and the absence of suitable real estate properties for the family unit in Italy or abroad.
To complete the application correctly, applicants will need to provide some essential documents. These include SPID (Digital Identity System) or Electronic Identity Card (CIE) with a PIN, or a valid National Service Card (CNS) with a PIN, personal data and tax code of all members of the family unit, ordinary or current ISEE for 2024, any documents such as disability certificates, separation/divorce judgments, certificates of unhygienic housing conditions, and the size of the housing unit for overcrowding verification. Additionally, an email address and a valid mobile phone number will be required. Finally, a €16.00 revenue stamp or the possibility to make the payment online by credit card will be needed.
For those who have difficulty completing the online application or do not have access to a computer, an appointment-based assistance service is available at various locations in the area. To book an appointment for the assistance service, it is necessary to access the link provided by the Municipal Administration.
