Supermarket theft in Desenzano: two young men arrested for store security
In the late afternoon of yesterday, June 30, two homeless young men from India, born in 1993 and 1994, were arrested for theft at the Esselunga supermarket in Desenzano. The two stole several bottles of liquor, hiding them under their clothing, and approached the self-checkout with a can of beer for payment. However, their suspicious behavior was noticed by the store security, who promptly alerted the authorities.
The Carabinieri from the Desenzano station responded to the scene and proceeded to arrest the young men, one of whom had a criminal record.
