Carabinieri Check in Toscolano Maderno: Thefts at Lake Garda Discovered
As part of a Carabinieri control operation that took place on Sunday evening in Toscolano Maderno, two young Albanian men, aged 26 and 23, were reported for possession of stolen goods related to recent thefts at Lake Garda. The two were stopped during a routine traffic check, but a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed the presence of burglary tools such as walkie-talkies, gloves, and balaclavas, as well as jewelry and €3,200 in cash.
Investigations are ongoing with the aim of identifying the rightful owners of the recovered stolen items. This operation marks a significant step in the fight against predatory crimes affecting the area, highlighting the commitment of law enforcement to ensuring safety for the local community.
