The Lake Garda History Festival is set to shine a spotlight on Silvio Berlusconi with a dedicated meeting scheduled for Friday, July 11, at 8:30 PM in the Sala dei Provveditori of the municipality of Salò. The analysis will be led by political scientist and historian Giovanni Orsina, renowned for his deep understanding of the history of the Second Republic. Admission is free and provides an opportunity to reflect on a political era that continues to influence the present.
This third edition of the festival, organized by the Centro Studi Rsi of Salò, chaired by Professor Roberto Chiarini, features a series of five evenings focused on key figures of 20th-century Italy. In addition to the meeting on Berlusconi, subsequent events will include discussions on figures such as Enrico Berlinguer and Bettino Craxi, thus offering a significant snapshot of Italian political history. The meetings will also be streamed live on the YouTube channel of the Centro Studi Rsi.
