Fire in hay storage in Desenzano del Garda: Firefighters intervention
A fire broke out in a hay storage facility located within an abandoned farmhouse in Desenzano del Garda on the night of Friday, July 12. The flames were reported on Via Mantova, prompting the response of three teams from the provincial command of the Brescia Fire Department. The firefighters, supported by specialists from the Special Operations Group – Earth Movement Unit, worked for approximately five hours to carry out the cleanup and removal of the material involved in the fire.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The causes that led to the ignition of the flames are currently under investigation by the relevant authorities.
