Closure of tunnels in Val di Ledro: recommended alternative route
On the night between Monday, July 21, and Tuesday, July 22, the Val di Ledro will experience a closure of the S.S. 240 of Loppio and Val di Ledro, from midnight to 5:00 AM, to allow for instrumental surveys in the Dom tunnel. This announcement was made by the Provincial Road Management Service, which specified that traffic will be interrupted between the kilometer markers 19+508 and 24+828, affecting the Dom and Agnese tunnels.
For those wishing to reach Val di Ledro from Riva del Garda during this time, an alternative route has been suggested: take the SS 45 bis Gardesana Occidentale to Sarche, then merge onto the SS 237 del Caffaro towards Tione di Trento, continuing until the roundabout near Storo, and finally head towards Lake Ledro along the SS 240.
