The July 18, 2025 marks a significant date for Agraria Riva del Garda, which has inaugurated the expansion of its sustainable winery, a strategic step aimed at meeting the growing demand for wines in Trentino. This project, which represents the first phase of a major development, not only increases production capacity but also underscores the cooperative’s commitment to sustainability and the circular economy, fundamental principles of its identity. Massimo Fia, the company’s general manager, stated that this new area will allow for the consolidation of the results achieved and will enable investments in quality and innovation.
The expansion includes three key areas: a new storage winery to optimize wine preservation, a renovated aging cellar dedicated to the maturation of the most representative products, and a space dedicated to the production of the Trento DOC “Brezza Riva.” These developments aim to enhance the Trentino wines and strengthen the range of classic method sparkling wines, which are increasingly appreciated on an international level. With over 350 hectares of vineyards managed by its members and a production focused 70% on white wines, Agraria Riva del Garda confirms its position as one of the most dynamic cooperatives in the region.
