Today, Monday the 21st, in the heart of Gardaland, a commemorative stamp for the 50th anniversary of the amusement park, located in Castelnuovo del Garda, has been officially canceled. The issuance of the stamp, part of the series “The Excellence of the Productive System and Made in Italy” promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, was the result of a project conceived by students from the “Enrico Fermi” Comprehensive Institute in Romano di Lombardia. During the ceremony, significant figures such as Undersecretary Fausta Bergamotto and Mayor Davide Sandrini participated, emphasizing the importance of Gardaland as an ambassador of Italian excellence.
The stamp, available at post offices and on Gardaland’s e-shop, features iconic symbols associated with the park, including the Prezzemolo Tree. This initiative not only celebrates an important milestone in the history of Gardaland Resort but also highlights the active involvement of young people in promoting Italian popular culture. The collaboration between the students and Gardaland enabled the creation of sketches that were later selected for the final issuance of the stamp.
