A 27-year-old man was arrested in Desenzano del Garda after being stopped by the police near the parking lot of the train station, where he was behaving suspiciously. During the check, the young man displayed signs of nervousness and hostility, prompting the officers to conduct a personal search. Under his clothing, they found a 34 cm axe, while his backpack contained about 100 grams of marijuana.
Following the seizure of the weapon and the drugs, the young man was charged with carrying offensive weapons without justification and possession of narcotics. Given his dangerousness, the Chief of Police in Brescia issued a mandatory expulsion order, prohibiting him from returning to Desenzano for four years. Should he violate this order, he faces up to a year and a half in prison and a fine of up to 10,000 euros.
