Tremosine celebrates the reopening of the Forra road after 19 months of closure. The important artery, which had been blocked since December 16, 2021, due to the detachment of approximately 8,000 cubic meters of rock, was officially reopened at noon today. The ceremony was attended by the President of the Province of Brescia, Emanuele Moraschini, along with the Mayor of Tremosine, Battista Girardi, and the President of the Garda Community and Mayor of Limone, Franceschino Risatti. This reopening marks a significant moment for the residents of the municipality, who have eagerly awaited the restoration of road access.
With the reopening of the roads in Garda, an improvement in connectivity and economic opportunities for the area is expected. The investments made during these months have been crucial in ensuring user safety and restoring accessibility to the region, which is now finally operational again after a long period of difficulty.
