The first meeting of the new Board of Directors of the Alto Garda Museum recently took place, attended by President Alessandra Cattoi, the board members, and municipal administration representatives, including Mayor Alessio Zanoni and Cultural Councillor Stefania Pellegrini. The primary objective of the meeting was to foster mutual understanding among the board members and to initiate a constructive dialogue aimed at enhancing the region. During the discussion, the mayor emphasized the importance of culture and the museum within the local context, announcing initiatives to strengthen the available human resources.
Among the topics addressed was the need to improve the maintenance of the Rocca and the Torre Apponale, alongside a commitment to engage with the broader Alto Garda territory. President Cattoi expressed the intention to involve various local entities in a dynamic cultural project. The board members brought diverse experiences, ranging from cultural management to event organization, thereby contributing to the formulation of a shared vision for tackling future challenges related to the conservation and promotion of the area’s cultural distinctiveness.
