August Sundays turn into a unique experience at Punta Grò, where open-air cinema offers emotions under the stars thanks to the Films on the Beach initiative. Until the end of the month, audiences can enjoy four classics of international cinema, set against a breathtaking natural backdrop and accompanied by a pleasant evening breeze. The screenings are scheduled for August 17 with Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight,” August 24 with Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill: Volume 1,” and August 31 with Lee Shulman’s “I Am Martin Parr.”
In addition to the films, the series features a fifth event dedicated to a documentary about Martin Parr, the renowned photographer from Magnum Photos, who showcased his exhibition “Life is a Beach” last year in Sirmione. Admission is free, but it is recommended to bring blankets or chairs for optimal comfort during the viewing. With a limited number of seats available, the atmosphere promises to be engaging and unforgettable.
