Photography Exhibition and Martial Arts: Event in Lonato del Garda

On August 31st at 11:00 AM, **Lonato del Garda** will host the closing of the photographic exhibition by Kenro Izu, titled “Places of the Soul,” at the Rocca. During the event, an innovative project dedicated to **martial arts** will be presented, entitled “You are your own best teacher.” The meeting will feature Gaia Panigalli, a yoga instructor and founder of Spazio ARTE DI VIVERE, and Franco Bellini, a recognized martial arts instructor awarded in 2014.

The presentation will mark the beginning of a series of workshops starting in September at the picturesque Villa Franzini in Nuvolera. These sessions will provide opportunities for practical training and theoretical insights into martial arts, aimed at developing participants’ inner awareness and personal power. The initiative seeks to explore the concept of the “place of the soul” for both historical and modern warriors, emphasizing the importance of the body as a fundamental tool on the path to self-sufficiency and personal growth.
