Courses for OIPA animal welfare officers: opportunities in Brescia

Registrations are officially open for the OIPA Animal Welfare Officer Course in Lombardy, which will also include the province of Brescia. Starting from September 1st, anyone wishing to become an animal welfare officer for the International Animal Protection Organization (OIPA) can register until October 10th. The classes, which will commence on October 20th, are free of charge and will include two intermediate tests and a final in-person exam. To participate, one simply needs to be a member of OIPA with a freely chosen membership fee.

Massimo Pradella, the national coordinator of OIPA’s eco-animal welfare officers, emphasized the importance of this role, which holds the status of a public official and is responsible for preventing violations related to animal protection. The course is open to all motivated adults who love animals, provided they have no criminal convictions or pending charges.
