Strabilio Festival in Valle Sabbia: free and sustainable events
On Sunday, August 31, the Valle Sabbia will host the Strabilio Festival, a day dedicated to culture and sustainability with free events for all ages. From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, various locations in the valley will transform into a stage for the “Circus on Pedals,” an initiative that promotes sustainable mobility through circus performances and artistic displays along the cycling path from Villanuova to Barghe. Among the featured artists will be international performers such as Brunitus from Argentina and Max Maccarinelli from Italy, offering a blend of clowning, magic, and puppet theater.
The grand finale of the day will feature the traditional pillow fight, which will take place at 6:00 PM in Piazza Donatori di Sangue in Villanuova sul Clisi. This event will engage spectators of all ages in a fun competition centered around play and sharing. With free admission to all events, the festival promises to be an unmissable opportunity to explore the beauty of Valle Sabbia while enjoying original and sustainable entertainment.
