Sports events at Lake Garda: triathlon and summer festivals
During the weekend of August 31, the Lake Garda will host numerous sports events, including a triathlon, attracting athletes and enthusiasts from all over Italy. On Friday, August 29, the Notturna di Isorella will take place, a running event starting at 7:30 PM, followed by an intense day of competitions on Saturday, August 30, which will feature Serie D football and the Vertical San Giorgio in Caino. On Sunday, August 31, the main events will include the South Garda Bike in Desenzano and the Triathlon Sprint Open in Brescia, with the start scheduled for 11:00 AM.
In addition to the aforementioned events, sailing competitions such as the Italian Championship Asso 99 in Castelletto di Brenzone and the Fireball World Championship in Arco will also take place. These sporting events represent an important opportunity to enhance the area and promote outdoor activities in the stunning setting of the lake.
