Alpini Gathering in Manerba del Garda: Cultural Events and Preparations
Scheduled to take place in Manerba del Garda on September 6 and 7, the Adunata Alpini of the Salò “Monte Suello” Section is an event that promises to engage numerous guests and celebrate the values of the alpine community. The recent press conference featured the participation of Mayor Flaviano Mattiotti, who highlighted the preparation and organization efforts in collaboration with the local alpine group, including cultural events that have enlivened the area. During the gathering, honorary citizenship will be symbolically conferred to the National Alpine Association by National Vice President Alessandro Trovant.
The event program includes various activities such as a triangular football tournament, parades through the streets of the town accompanied by musical bands, moments of reflection in front of the monuments to the Fallen, and evening entertainment. The leader of the Manerba alpine group, Massimo Leali, recalled the centenary of the group celebrated in 2023 with a series of cultural initiatives that preceded this gathering. The Adunata represents an important opportunity to strengthen the bonds within the community and to collectively celebrate historical traditions.
