Salò Golosa: a gastronomic journey through local culinary excellence
On Sunday, September 28th, Salò will host “Salò Golosa,” an eagerly awaited food and wine journey dedicated to the culinary excellence of the region. Organized by the Merchants’ Association – Salò ProMotion in collaboration with the Valtenesi Consortium, the event will take place from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, offering participants the chance to explore two thematic routes: one focused on “land” products and the other on “water” products. Twenty restaurants and pastry shops will be involved, showcasing local specialties such as coregone tartare and Groppello risotto, creating a unique gastronomic experience.
The President of the Merchants’ Association, Andrea Maggioni, invites everyone to discover new flavors, while Paolo Pasini, President of the Valtenesi Consortium, highlights the value of local wines in enriching the journey. The event will feature a limited number of 300 tickets for each route and will be enlivened by live music. Tickets can be purchased online via EventBride or at select venues in the city.
