Riva del Garda and the Intermittenze Festival: Cultural Events in Dialogue
From September 6 to 14, **Riva del Garda** will host the new edition of the **Intermittenze festival**, a cultural event that intertwines words, music, and images through a series of meetings, concerts, and narratives. The event will kick off with prologues from September 6 to 10, featuring readings, theatrical performances inspired by Italo Calvino, and symphonic concerts dedicated to literary works. The main program will commence on September 11 with the Modena City Ramblers and will continue until September 14, featuring events that will involve authors such as Antonella Lattanzi and Nicola Lagioia, turning the city into a stage for contemporary culture.
The festival not only celebrates literature and the arts but also transforms iconic locations in the city – such as the Rocca and the Spiaggia degli Olivi – into spaces for dialogue and reflection. All events are free of charge until seating is exhausted, promoting a shared cultural experience among residents and visitors alike. The initiative is organized by the Municipality of Riva del Garda in collaboration with the local public library and the Rapsodia association.
