Motorcycle accident in Alto Garda: a 45-year-old man in serious condition in Mezzolago
A serious motorcycle accident occurred shortly after noon along the SS 240, in the Upper Garda area, specifically near Mezzolago in the municipality of Ledro. Two motorcycles were involved in the collision, resulting in a 45-year-old motorcyclist sustaining severe injuries. Emergency services, coordinated by the Red Cross and supported by the firefighters from Pieve di Ledro, quickly transported the man in critical condition to Santa Chiara Hospital in Trento via air ambulance. A second motorcyclist, a 47-year-old man, suffered less severe injuries and was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Arco.
The rescue operations concluded swiftly, and the carabinieri are currently investigating the causes of the accident to reconstruct the dynamics and determine any potential liabilities.
