An incident on the Gardesana has led to the closure of the road between Limone sul Garda and Riva del Garda this afternoon. At 2:00 PM, a vehicle collided with the roadside barrier due to the slippery conditions caused by rain. The firefighters from Riva promptly intervened to clear the road, allowing for a one-way alternating reopening around 3:00 PM.
Additionally, a volunteer ambulance from Riva arrived at the scene to assist the driver involved. The condition of the driver has not been disclosed, while local authorities are monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of road users.
