Mystery in Polpenazze del Garda: woman tied up in the vineyard
A mystery has shaken the peaceful countryside of Polpenazze del Garda at dawn on Thursday, September 11, when a passerby discovered a woman bound hand and foot in a vineyard between Monte Canale and Castelletto. The victim, a 47-year-old Brazilian woman residing in Brescia and known for her profession as an escort, appeared to be in a state of confusion. At the time of her discovery, she was wearing leather boots and a fur coat, but was without any identification or mobile phone. Her hands were secured with reinforced electrician’s ties, along with a USB cable. Rescued by the Carabinieri from the Salò company and emergency medical personnel, she was transported to Desenzano Hospital in yellow code, and was discharged after a few hours.
During her initial statements to investigators, the woman was unable to provide details about the previous night, not recalling where she had been or with whom. At this time, no obvious signs of violence were found on her body, apart from minor abrasions on her wrists. Authorities are now conducting a thorough investigation to shed light on this disturbing case that remains shrouded in mystery.
