Public auction for restaurant concession in Desenzano del Garda

The Basin Authority of Lake Garda and Idro has announced that on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at 2:30 PM, a public auction will take place for the assignment of the restaurant concession and bathing lido in the area of Desenzanino, in the municipality of Desenzano del Garda. The property, currently managed by the social cooperative La Cascina, includes a restaurant-bar with a veranda, restrooms, changing rooms, and a kitchen, as well as a summer kiosk and a portion of beach. The concession will have a duration of 15 years, starting from January 1, 2026, until December 31, 2040, with a minimum annual fee of € 87,780. The concessionaire will be required to carry out building upgrades estimated at € 337,500 + VAT. Various legal forms can participate in the tender, including sole proprietorships, cooperative societies, and third sector entities.
