Agricultural accident in Gardone Riviera: 62-year-old injured by mower

An agricultural accident occurred on the afternoon of Monday, the 29th, in Gardone Riviera, involving a 62-year-old local resident. The man was working in his fields in Supiane when he suffered a severe leg injury, becoming trapped between the blades of a mower attached to his tractor. Emergency services responded immediately: a medical vehicle, an ambulance from Garda Emergenza, and an air rescue team arrived on the scene, lowering a doctor with a winch to stabilize and rescue the farmer. Fortunately, the situation turned out to be less serious than initially feared, and the 62-year-old was transported urgently to the hospital without any permanent consequences. The firefighters from Salò and the carabinieri also participated in the rescue operations to ensure the safety of the area and assist during the critical phases of the intervention. Italian Version
