The Municipality of Bardolino has announced an extension of the school hours for families with children attending nursery schools and kindergartens, starting this November. Thanks to this initiative, parents will benefit from an extended closing time for school activities from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, thus facilitating the balance between work and family life. Mayor Daniele Bertasi emphasized that this intervention represents a concrete commitment from the municipal administration to support parents who work in the afternoon. The monthly fees will remain unchanged, keeping the cost for residents at 100 euros, which is already among the most competitive in the province. For the new extended hours service, an additional cost of 60 euros per month is planned for kindergartens, along with a 20% increase for integrated nursery schools. Additionally, a flexible system has been introduced with attendance tokens priced at 20 euros each, to meet the specific needs of families. The administration has also confirmed financial support to ensure personnel and educational projects in the involved facilities. Italian Version
