A **fire** broke out this morning, Monday the 13th, around 4 AM, inside the caretaker’s apartment of a condominium located at number 6, Via Cornella, in **Gardone Riviera**. The flames ravaged the bedroom, causing serious injuries to the man, who was resuscitated by 118 emergency personnel and transported in critical condition to the hospital in Gavardo. The situation created panic among the families residing in the building, leading to the evacuation of ten people. Two fire crews from Salò and a third team with a fire truck and ladder truck from Brescia responded to the scene to ensure the safety of the occupants on the upper floors. After extinguishing the blaze, all residents were able to return to their homes, except for one room above the apartment affected by the fire, which has been temporarily closed.
