Traffic accidents in Brescia: chaos on A4 and A35

On the afternoon of Tuesday, October 14, Brescia experienced a critical moment for traffic due to three road accidents that caused significant disruptions. The first accident occurred on the A4, where, around 2 PM, a collision involving at least one heavy vehicle resulted in a traffic jam of over five kilometers between Sirmione and Peschiera in the direction of Venice. Four individuals were involved, but fortunately, none are in life-threatening condition; firefighters and medical responders were dispatched to the scene. Shortly after, around 3:30 PM, a second accident took place on the A35, involving a collision between multiple vehicles that led to the closure of the stretch and mandatory exit at the Castrezzato interchange for those coming from Brescia and heading towards Milan. Firefighters were also sent to manage the situation and remove the vehicles involved. Finally, around 4 PM, a third accident occurred on Via del Serpente, where a truck rear-ended a car; the 37-year-old driver did not suffer serious injuries, but the response from emergency services affected traffic in the area.
