Menopause and Women’s Health: Events in Desenzano del Garda

On the occasion of the World Menopause Day, celebrated on October 18, ASST Garda and the Onda Foundation are collaborating to promote women’s health through the initiative (H) Open Weekend Menopause, scheduled from October 17 to 19. The aim is to raise awareness among women about the changes associated with menopause, providing information on behavioral, diagnostic, and therapeutic strategies to address short-term disorders and prevent long-term complications such as cardiovascular diseases and osteoporosis. During this initiative, ASST Garda will host an informative meeting titled “Menopause: An Opportunity for Rebirth,” set for 10:00 AM at the Aula Magna of the “Damiana Abrami” Multifunctional Social Health Center located at Via Mezzocolle 73. The speaker will be Dr. Francesco Quadraro, head of the Menopause Clinic at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit of Desenzano del Garda Hospital. Italian Version
