Peschiera del Garda hosts the Laughter Yoga Congress
In Peschiera del Garda, from October 24 to 26, the V National Congress of Laughter Yoga will take place, an event dedicated to well-being and peace through laughter. The event, which will be held at the Parc Hotel, will bring together trainers and enthusiasts from around the world for three days of activities demonstrating how just ten minutes of daily laughter can significantly improve quality of life by increasing serotonin levels and reducing stress. The meeting will feature the participation of the founders of the practice, Indian doctor Madan Kataria and his wife Madhuri, along with international experts in the field. Organized by the Italian Institute of Laughter Yoga, led by Master Trainers Lara Lucaccioni and Matteo Ficara, the event aims to promote laughter as a universal language capable of building bridges of dialogue in a global context marked by conflicts. More than 40 speakers will address topics related to education, health, and social inclusion, emphasizing the importance of laughter as a therapeutic tool accessible to all. The congress will conclude with a reflection on how this practice can contribute to a more serene and peaceful future. Italian Version
