Padenghe sul Garda hosts the regional half marathon of sports

The Padenghe Half Marathon was officially announced at a press conference held last Saturday at the town hall of Padenghe sul Garda. The race, scheduled for Sunday, November 2, 2025, will serve as the FIDAL regional championship and will feature athletes from various categories. Organized by the Polisportiva Vighenzi with the support of the municipality and several sponsors, the event includes a half marathon of 21.097 km, an 8 km competition, and a non-competitive charity walk benefiting the AIL and ABE associations. All events will start at 9:30 AM from the Padenghe castle and finish in front of the town hall. Registrations are open both online and on-site on the day of the race. In the previous edition, around 600 athletes participated, with Simon Mwangi Waithira winning in the men’s category and Betselot Andualem Tadesse in the women’s category.
