Riva del Garda Fierecongressi: strategies for sustainable development

Riva del Garda is gearing up for a significant **sustainable development** in the **trade fairs and congresses** sector, following the approval of strategic guidelines for the three-year period 2025-2028 by the Board of Directors of Riva del Garda Fierecongressi. During the extraordinary assembly held on November 5th, eight key directives were outlined, including the expansion of exhibition and conference spaces, recapitalization, and internationalization policies. The new agreement with Patrimonio del Trentino will ensure the use of the Exhibition Centre for an additional twenty years, increasing the available area from 51,390 to 65,577 square meters. This ambitious plan includes a capital increase of 6 million euros to finance real estate investments estimated at around 18.3 million in the coming years. The initiative aims not only to enhance existing facilities but also to generate significant economic impact, estimated at 57 million euros, thereby contributing to the local economic fabric.
