Voluntary manslaughter in Desenzano: investigations and autopsy underway
There is a mystery in Desenzano regarding the death of Cristopher Folli: a suspect has been identified for unintentional homicide. The 36-year-old, originally from Salò, died following an argument with the owner of a venue located beneath his home, where he reportedly fell and struck his head. Witnesses claim that Folli suddenly collapsed during a heated but non-violent discussion about noise coming from the eatery. Despite attempts at resuscitation, the young man succumbed to severe cranial trauma. The scheduled autopsy may clarify the circumstances surrounding this tragedy, while the Brescia Prosecutor’s Office has already registered a 50-year-old man, the owner of the establishment, as a suspect, accusing him of unintentional homicide for indirectly causing the victim’s death. The crime scene has been preserved, and the victim’s apartment has been seized for further investigation; testimonies have been collected, and footage from local surveillance cameras has been analyzed.
