Voluntary manslaughter in Desenzano: investigations and autopsy underway

There is a mystery in Desenzano regarding the death of Cristopher Folli: a suspect has been identified for unintentional homicide. The 36-year-old, originally from Salò, died following an argument with the owner of a venue located beneath his home, where he reportedly fell and struck his head. Witnesses claim that Folli suddenly collapsed during a heated but non-violent discussion about noise coming from the eatery. The scheduled autopsy may clarify the circumstances surrounding this tragedy, while the Brescia Prosecutor’s Office has already registered a 50-year-old man, the owner of the establishment, as a suspect, accusing him of unintentional homicide for indirectly causing the victim’s death.
