MuSa of Salò: extension of the exhibition on Resistance 1943-1945
The exhibition “The Last Winter 1943-1945: From Resistance to Liberation” at the MuSa, the museum in Salò, has been extended until February 8, 2026. Inaugurated on March 22, 2025, the exhibition has already attracted over 28,565 visitors in just eight months, with projections suggesting it could reach 30,000 by the end of the year. Curated by Rolando Anni and created in collaboration with ANPI and the Fiamme Verdi Association, the exhibition offers a visual narrative of the partisan resistance through more than one hundred historical photographs and documents, many of which are on display for the first time. To celebrate this success, MuSa has also extended its opening hours during the holidays and for the winter season. From December 26 to January 6, it will be open every day (except for certain holidays), while from December 1, 2025, to March 10, 2026, it will be open Friday to Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Additionally, until February 8, 2026, visitors can also enjoy the exhibition dedicated to Lucia Pescador, which explores forty years of her artistic career through previously unseen works on paper.
