Riva del Garda: Culinary Excellence at the Heart of Modern Hospitality
The 50th edition of Hospitality, a trade fair focused on the hospitality and food and beverage sectors, will take place from February 2 to 5, 2026, at the Riva del Garda exhibition center. This year’s event aims to expand its focus on the HoReCa industry, particularly the beverage segment, which includes mixology, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. In addition to traditional exhibition spaces, the fair will feature “Out&About,” a program of special events that will engage industry professionals and the public in experiential activities throughout the city.
With over 750 exhibitors across more than 45,000 square meters, the fair will showcase the latest trends in the restaurant and hospitality sectors. A report on wine tourism in Italy will also be presented, highlighting the increasing importance of wine-related tourism as a strategic economic driver. The initiative seeks to strengthen connections between businesses and the local community, positioning Riva del Garda as a stage for innovation and hospitality culture.
