Desenzano Honors Ugo Andreis with a Legacy of Culture and Social Engagement
Ugo Andreis, a prominent cultural figure and former local councilor in Desenzano del Garda, has died at age 79. An advocate of cultural promotion, Andreis was also an author and art expert known for innovative initiatives such as a Ligabue-themed exhibition at the castle and the presentation of his latest novel, “Quattro Gocce,” at Villa Brunati.
Despite his political involvement with the Socialists, the Democratic Party, and the Five Star Movement, Andreis focused primarily on culture as a means of social engagement.
