Lugana DOC Consortium Debuts at ProWein 2023 Amid Global Trade Presence
The Consorzio Tutela Lugana DOC will also be present at the upcoming edition of the ProWein in Düsseldorf, taking place from March 21 to 23.
This is an international fair for wines and spirits considered one of the most interesting and important worldwide, certainly Germany’s leading trade fair in the field of wines, offering a professional platform for professionals.
Participation of the Lugana DOC Consortium
For the Lugana DOC Consortium, this is one of the main foreign events that characterizes the promotional strategy planned for 1999.
Francesco Ghiraldi, president of the Consortium, wanted Lugana DOC to be present at the most important trade fairs around the world, thus confirming participation not only in the German ProWein but also in the Foire Internationale de Bordeaux and later at the Chinese event at the end of the year, China-Wein.
Naturally, Lugana, through the Consortium and the producers themselves, will not miss the opportunity to engage with the public at the main national industry exhibitions, starting with the upcoming Vinitaly, scheduled for April 9-12 in Verona.
Features of the fair
In Düsseldorf, out of approximately 1,500 exhibitors, 50% will be international, coming from all over the world, showcasing their products from the classic to the trendy, from the most prestigious to already established and more exotic offerings.
In short, an internationally significant landscape capable of highlighting a comprehensive range of global production.
Profitability of the fair
A convincing proof of the validity of this fair is — according to the German organizers themselves — the high attendance of qualified visitors, which forms the basis of the Düsseldorf event, with ProWein 1998 hosting 11,000 visitors, of whom 1,300 came from abroad.
