Casa per la Pace launches Romanian family support campaign in C9 municipalities

Living conditions in many Eastern European countries are quite precarious, and as always, children are the most affected.

Precisely to help them, the “Casa per la Pace Alto Garda e Ledro” organizes, starting this month, a series of awareness initiatives in all the municipalities of the C9, with the aim of supporting a charity operation with Romanian families living in poor housing conditions.

The plan is to initiate a form of remote guardianship, lasting one year, which involves providing financial support to families surviving under extreme difficulties, most of whom are single mothers or abandoned women with numerous children.

Details of the initiative

The first information evening on the political-social realities of Romania, titled “A home, not the street“, will be held on Friday, October 20, at 8:30 p.m., at the Casa per la Pace headquarters in Arco, at via Galas 13.

Speaker will be Dr. Mihai Busa, a staff member of the European Integration Service of the Romanian region of Arad.
