Desenzano Open School Event Highlights Academic Pathways at Itc ‘Bazoli’ and Ipct

On Saturday, January 13th, the event “Open School” will take place at Itc «Bazoli» and Ipct «Marco Polo» in Desenzano.

From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Principal Prof. Giorgio Montanari, along with teachers coordinating various disciplines and educational project coordinators, will present the academic and training pathways offered by the two institutions to third-year middle school students and their parents.

Visits and Demonstration Activities

The team will also be available for guided tours of classrooms, the library, multimedia laboratories, computer labs (management systems and word processing), foreign languages, chemistry, physics, natural sciences, and sports facilities.

Demonstrative exercises in individual subjects will be conducted, and new informational leaflets about the different study paths will be distributed, including the three recently established programs.

Study Directions and Projects

This includes the surveying course at Itc, the advertising graphic course at Ipct, and the Mercurio Project (which involves the three-year accounting course) for specialization in computer science.

These two schools, with their 800 students enrolled in both day and evening courses, constitute one of the most significant educational hubs in our province.

There are 130 teachers and 30 non-teaching staff working across the two schools, where thousands of students have graduated over the years. Many of these students have continued with university studies or entered the workforce, forming a substantial part of the Lombard-Veneto professional and cultural scene.
