Sundays in Music: Concert Series Launches in Casinò Hall on Jan 7

“Sundays in Music”, the well-established event dedicated to the “seven notes”, will kick off on January 7th in the hall of the Casinò.

During the afternoons of this month’s holidays, concerts will take place at 3:30 PM, covering various musical genres.

The first appointment, next Sunday, will be “Music and Poetry from the Latin World” with the group “Alma Terra,” which will perform songs in their original language featuring Mediterranean and South American ethnic music.

Upcoming Events

Seven days later, “Dreaming of the Belle Époque,” a coffee-concert with the “Damensalonorchester,” which will perform lively “light” repertoire popular in the 1800s and early 1900s.

On Sunday the 21st, it will be the turn of the “Camerata musicale città di Arco,” conducted by Maestro Ulivieri, to perform in “La cantata e l’intermezzo”. This is a lyric-strumental concert.

The last afternoon, on January 28th, will be dedicated to classical music from the 18th and 19th centuries with the “Trio Broz.”

Organization

“Sundays in Music” is organized by the municipal department of culture, Amsa, the “Vita Serena” League, the local Cassa Rurale, in collaboration with the city’s “Camerata musicale”.
