Natural Medicine Course Returns to Padenghe sul Garda with Expert-led Sessions
Following the success of the previous edition, the natural medicine course taught by Professor Anna C. Colzi from the Università di Milano returns to Padenghe sul Garda.
Course Details and Topics Covered
Starting from January 15th, at the Municipal Library premises, a series of topics will be analyzed, ranging from Traditional Chinese Medicine to Bach Flower Therapy, Homeopathy, and Natural Nutrition.
Each topic will be addressed over three consecutive sessions held every Monday from 8:15 PM to 10:15 PM. The expert instructor will also be available to discuss topics proposed by the course participants within the scope of natural medicine.
Each participant will receive materials related to the topic discussed, enabling them to engage more actively with the proposed themes. Naturally, the topics will be handled and analyzed practically and in a manner accessible to everyone, even those with no prior knowledge in the field.
Participation and Course Content
The course will be open, as auditors, and free of charge, even to those who have already attended a lesson on the same subject in the past. For example, it will explain what homeopathy is and its similarities and differences with conventional medicine, the various types of homeopathy, nutrition as a preventative medicine, the meaning of different diet types, and the analysis of various eating patterns and diets: from dissociated diets to the Kousmine method.
There will also be discussions on history, doctrine, and practice: understanding the basics of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Edward Bach’s flower therapy, including preparation and administration methods, what Bach flowers are, and how they are used in common states of psychological and physical discomfort, etc.
Objectives and Goals of the Course
In short, everything or almost everything to live and heal using natural medicines provided by Mother Nature. A function that has helped people since ancient times to take care of themselves without relying on products manufactured by pharmaceutical industries.
