Nago-Torbole Launches Support Campaign for Sri Lankan Family Affected by Cyclone

A fundraising campaign from Nago-Torbole has raised €3,500 via GoFundMe to support a Sri Lankan family affected by a tropical cyclone last November. The funds have helped the family find temporary housing just 3 km from their children’s schools, although they remain without electricity.

The campaign aims to cover ongoing rent, food, clothing, clean water, transportation, school supplies, and assistance for the three children. It also seeks to contribute to rebuilding a safe, basic home for the family.
